Dual pedestrian access via a gate on the waterfront or next to the parking barrier.
Access to the building is on the left side of the building, through a glass door at the end of the pedestrian walkway, which is clearly marked by stone slabs.
Vehicle access is controlled by a lift-up gate operated with a key provided.
At night, the garden, parking lot, and walkway to the building are illuminated by the building’s automatic twilight lighting system.
