Beautiful Valley Farm House, With View

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space located in the heart of the farming district of Puyallup. This space is a haven of peace and quiet, where you will enjoy Rody Creek outlining this 8 acre property. We are neighbors to Watsonā€™s Nursery, right next door, a short walk to gorgeous seasonal flowers, a coffee shop and restaurant, and live reindeer at Christmas! In the summer, enjoy 4 acres of mowed lawn for kickball or picnics in our apple orchard. You will not be disappointed!!

Best stay in Puyallup!

This is our second time staying at Joan and Gregā€™s home and we hope it wont be our last. We maintain vacation rentals for a living and do have a tendency to be picky. The house is always spotless and the hosts are very responsive to any needs we might have. The location is close enough to stores and restaurants yet far enough away from everything to still be quiet and peaceful. The kitchen has anything you could need and the welcome basket of snacks is a nice treat after the drive in. The beds are very comfortable and there are sound diffusers to help you if youā€™re not a fan of trains. The CSX and Sounder tracks are nearby but not a distraction, just adds to the ambiance. We give them 5 stars because we canā€™t give them 10.

Excellent stay! The place was beautiful and host was amazing. Would recommend to anyone headed to the Seattle area. Our host not only had a beautiful place for us to stay but she also gave us many ideas of things to do and even ordered a grill to use when we asked if they had one which was not necessary but shows they want your stay to be perfect. Beautiful Home

This is a lovely home and is well represented by the pictures. The kitchen is very well-equipped with high quality items, including pans, dishes and cutlery. The beds are high quality and very comfortable. Check-in was very easy. Strongly recommend and will probably try to stay there on our next visit to the Seattle area.

Family vacation

This was my first time leaving the Hawaiian Islands, my family and I came for my daughterā€™s wedding. Greg and Joan were so helpful and so kind. Communicating with them was an ease, their rental was absolutely gorgeous!! We loooved hearing the train every morning!! There was the possibility of a bomb cyclone the night before we were to leave to go back home, and Joan was so kind as to offering my family and I the option to come back and stay another night if our flights got canceled. We will definitely be back!!

Family Thanksgiving

So happy we found this beautiful apartment for our visit with our daughter. The place was the perfect setting for our Thanksgiving dinner. Beautiful, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The apartment is very nice. It is an apartment with 19 steps to get to the door. Their is a train horn sound every 20-30 minutes all night. The host know about the train because the apartment is atteched to the house. There is noise machines to cover the noise of the trains. We asked for a refund after 1 night.

Perfect Location to Gather Family for Daughterā€™s Wedding

This VRBO was perfect for us. We had six adults and three kiddos staying for daughterā€™s wedding in Auburn. We chose Puyallup as the location was convenient to Auburn. We also chose this VRBO because the number of bedrooms, generous gathering spaces and kitchen seemed to best match our needs as we prepped for the wedding. All linens, bedding and beds were quality and comfortable. Joan even borrowed us her stand mixer so we could easily make frosting for the wedding cake. Even though location was in an agricultural area, we did venture north to Seattle the day after the wedding for some city fun. All in all, a beautiful week at a beautiful place.

Beautiful Farmhouse with absolutely Wonderful VRBO SSpace

Three adult siblings with spouses came to tge area for a nieces wedding. We located this wonderful farmhouse on VRBO. The space was as described and was very comfortable and very well appointed. Wonderful welcome basket with treats! Beds were very comfortable and plush towels and wash cloths available in each bed room made very welcoming and organized. Communication with the hosts was always very timely. Simply stated - this is the most organized, most comfortable and most beautiful short term rental weā€™ve used. Exceptional!
