Located in the village of Mauerham, just a few minutes' walk from Lake Tachinger, the charming Julia holiday apartment, which belongs to the Straßer residence, is the perfect accommodation for a quiet and relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of Bavaria. The child-friendly and high-quality furnished holiday apartment on the ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, a bedroom, a children's room with bunk beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Facilities also include WiFi, satellite and cable TV, a cot and a high chair.



From the holiday apartment, you have a view of the paddock and apple trees. The beautiful 3000 m² garden, from which you can see the lake and mountains, is shared with the 3 other holiday apartments in the residence and has a fish pond, table tennis tables and a playground as well as a paddling pool for children. The private outdoor area has a covered terrace, and in the communal outdoor dining area you can spend your evenings enjoying delicious grilled meat or fresh fish.



In just 6 minutes (600 m) you can reach the residence's private beach via a footpath, where you can lie in the sun and take a refreshing dip in the lake while enjoying the magnificent mountain panorama. The nearest supermarket and a restaurant serving local dishes are located 3 minutes' drive (2.1 km) away in Taching am See. Waging am See, a picturesque town on Lake Waging with many cafés and restaurants, is a 10-minute drive (6.2 km) from the holiday apartment. Mozart's birthplace, Salzburg, is a 40-minute drive (37 km) away, and the famous Lake Chiemsee is 25 minutes' drive (25 km) west of Mauerham.
