"1. The Oceanus Shopping Mall is not fully operational. However the 3 convenient-marts along the corridor did help. 2. The bathroom walk-in closet is fantastic. More lighting in shower and vanity area will help in attending ourselves. Sofa and carpet looks pretty aged. It will be good if there’s a sofa cover (washable) to rest on, feeling more fresh and comfortable. The tv top quarter screen illumination is dark-shaded, uneven one-sided brightness. "Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels)."

"수건에 날파리가 붙어있거나, 객실 청결도가 조금 떨어지긴하지만, 직원분들이 진짜 친절하시고 24시간 프런트라 새벽에 가도 체크인 가능합니다. 조식 메뉴는 거의 비슷한데 과일은 날마다 조금씩 다르고 여기서 먹은 파인애플이 인생 파인애플이었습니당. 다만 조식 먹는 시간에 사람이 몰리면 앉을곳이 없을 수 있음! 물이나 수건은 프런트에 요청하면 추가로 더 주시고, 체크아웃 후 짐도 맡길 수 있어서 편했습니다. 공항이랑 거리도 가까운 편이고, 이 호텔에서 여행하는 곳들의 거리가 많이 멀지는 않아서 좋았습니당."

"Our state was very nice. No problems. Just to be aware that this is not the touristy part of town. With no offense meant, we were the only white couple. We saw the whole time in this area. Everyone was smiling and friendly. No problem whatsoever with the locals they were very welcoming!"

"건물 외관은 좀 낡은듯한 모습이었지만... 숙소 안으로 들어가서는 가족 모두가 감탄할만큼 훌륭했습니다. 넓은 공간으로 11명의 대가족이 쓰기에 충분했고, 고풍스러운 가구와 편안한 침대, 깨끗한 침구와 욕실, 여러가지가 잘 갖춰진 주방과 식당, 세탁기와 세제.. 무엇보다 친절한 호스트님과 꼼꼼한 매니저님 덕분에 불편함 하나없이 3박4일간의 여행이 너무나 만족스러웠습니다. 다시 또 코타여행 간다면 여기를 갈것이고, 주위에도 강력추천합니다."

"Fantastic sea facing, penthouse unit very close to the airport. I'm fact the infinity pool faces the runway. Superb noise insulation hence no noise of the flights taking off or landing. Convenient location for tours and couple of nice eateries nearby. Very courteous staff too👍"
