"This property and host are nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked, the property manager was very accommodating to all our questions and needs. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay-a well stocked kitchen was to our delight!The hot tub, fireplace and spacious home made our trip even more special, and we loved all the nearby skiing resorts. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed....

"We really enjoyed this place. The interior was clean, updated, and a perfect space for a group of 6. Awesome views out of the large back windows. It's close enough to Winter Park / skiing, but far out enough that you get more of a secluded mountain vibe. Highly recommend."

"We were really pleased with the home and the location. Beautiful, comfortable home, had plenty of everything we could have needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stacked with dishes and spices. (I would recommend more wine glasses, there were only two.)We couldn't find the remote to the upstairs TV but the property manager went out and got a new one. "The house is spacious and a great spot surrounded by nature for family. We had 8 in our group staying during my son’s graduation from CU. My 80 year old mom, my brother in-law and his family with two young kids, my 19 year old son along with my husband and I enjoyed our stay.Phill and Paige were very thoughtful and responsive. "We took a couple's trip here last summer and loved it so much we wanted to bring our family. This place has amazing views and feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, which is amazing! You aren't far from great places to visit or anything you need. The property managers are very friendly and accommodating. We will be back this summer."

"We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! The outside fire pit was a real hit! The kitchen had everything we could ever possibly need. The neighborhood was gorgeous, so private, wooded and serene. We didn’t see a moose but that’s simply a reason to come back again! "

"The property was excellent, plenty of room for my family. We came for a college graduation. It was quite far up the mountain, the views were sensational! Be prepared for the unpaved roads! We spent a few days in Nederland which was amazing, great food and cute shops. Quite a distance to both Denver and Boulder (where we attended a graduation) but a beautiful property overall! Fun if you are looking for a mountain retreat! "

"Room is moderately clean and well maintained, although vacuum cleaning and painting on some furniture in the room would be appropriate. For breakfast it was not included in the daily rate and it was necessary to use bars in the surrounding area as the hotel bar was closed in the morning. Very well located and close to everything with good musical attractions at night Great food options close to the hotel."
