Conveniently located just 2 min from the highway (less driving) on a private treed area with wildlife sightings such as moose, bear, deer, & fox. XTRA space for boat or trailer parking & still have space on the driveway for a basketball game! We are close to it all & between both ski resorts Winter Park/Ski Granby & near Pole Creek Golf Course.

This large family friendly home sits on 5 private & quiet acres with amazing mountain views. This home can accommodate families with 5 bedrooms (3 king & 2 queen/twin) & mediaroom with 4 single beds (all have TV's). Two living spaces: *Main level: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, 2 dining areas & living room with a gas fireplace.
*Walkout lower level has a game room with a TV, pool/ping pong table, & a wet bar with mini fridge. A separate theater room (6th bedroom) with 4 twin beds, & a big screen TV, a laundry room, full bathroom, & 2 additional bedrooms.

Enjoy ping pong, pool, 2 person multi arcade, cornhole, horseshoes, basketball, soccer, badminton, washers, whiffle ball, bocce ball, giant jenga, chess, board/card games, bring a hammock to nap, hike up to our bench & enjoy the valley views or relax under the stars in the 6 person hot tub while enjoying mountain views & the slopes of Winter Park Resort. In the winter, bring your sleds & sled on the property for more fun!

*WE PROVIDE amenities such as linens, TP, paper towels, trash bags, shampoo, soap, dishwasher & laundry detergent for your stay.
*We are here for you as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. If you break something LET US KNOW!
*Pets & Smoking are PROHIBITED!!! Fines will be charged of $500.
*Early check-in & late checkout (if available).
*Primary renter minimum age of 28 & must stay at the property entire rental period. REQUIRED to send Drivers License upon booking in order to get entry information.
*15 guest max (12 adults Max). The nightly fee includes up to 6 guests. We keep our rates low so families of 6 can enjoy their stay & not pay the same as families of 15. Please understand & be honest. EMAIL me with questions or requests. Exceeding the agreed guest count will result in a $500+ fine or immediate non-refundable eviction.
*Owners assume no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of home premises or hot tub. We do not have any baby/child proofing at the home.
*Security cameras on outdoor premises for the driveway/doors.
*QUIET Time 10pm-6am. We love our neighbors that live nearby, please be respectful. Our home is great for entertaining in every season. We occasionally have a caretaker that lives on the lower end of our lot. Wave if you see him when you drive by!

Minutes from all of your favorite summer & winter mountain activities including snowmobiling, cross country skiing, downhill skiing, tubing, snowshoeing, hiking, fishing, golfing, mountain biking, boating, & four wheeling. We are just 15 minutes from either Winter Park Resort or Ski Granby. During the summer, Lake Granby & Grand Lake are only about 20 minutes away, while Rocky Mountain National Park is also near. The house is also just minutes from Pole Creek Golf course, Devils Thumb Ranch, YMCA of the Rockies, & close to the popular Tabernash Tavern.
