"Great stay"

"A neat, reasonably priced property in a great location with direct access to the beach. The host was prompt in responding to communications, the rooms were clean, and our family had a wonderful stay.A few things to note:The master bedroom mattress was very firm and a little hard on mine and my husband's backs, and we had pressure point aches most mornings. Consider bringing a mattress topper if you have back or joint issues.The pots and pans available in the kitchen were either very small or...

"Comfortable overall including beds. Nice view from most rooms. Enough dinning/kitchen space for our group of 7. Back porch/ deck was a plus. The only issue was, the upstairs tub had been repaired and was a little weird but did not leak and when hanging a face cloth on the towel rack, it fell of the wall as if had been previously glued. We all still enjoyed our stay."

"Check in was great after i got the right cottage (4 on the property.)very quaint, very sparce o. The amenities... extra trash can & maybe a table lamp in the living room. 1 brite overhead light! The view and location and convienience certainley make up for other short commings. My daughter , grand daughter & I had a wonderful visit"

"Myself and 9 of my teammates spent 3 nights in this house. It was very clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and spend time together. The view of the lake was amazing and it was close to a beach and tons of great dinning. I would totally stay here again."

"Great stay, the house is very conveniently located (50 feet to the beach, 0.5 mile to a Harris Teeter). There's some beach stuff (chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, a few body boards). A few things to consider when renting this house:1. Bring a few knives. The ones that are there are super dull2. Bring spices, sugar, and salt 3. There's no AC in the smaller bedroom. "Beautiful room for such a great price. Loved having a view of the river. Room was extremely clean, shower was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Only cons: the beds are a little high. Im only 4'11" and basically had to have a running start to jump into the bed. The bed was also a little more firm than my preference but still very comfortable. Hosts were amazing. Would absolutely rent from them again."

"This is without a doubt one of the most beautiful pieces of property in Oceanview with spectacular views and the interior of the house is superb. "Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last."

"The pictures are inaccurate.A family was staying right at the deck.The grilling area is in rough shape.I will purchase canceling insurance for now on because of this property.Very outdated.Needs some money put into it.It has good potential but a no thankyou for me.Parking was terrible for me as I had a big work truck.And outdated appliances.Live and learn."
