"We booked this as a place to stay while going to a family reunion the next town over. The house is as pictured and would be really great, but for the hosts. As a frequent guest of these types of places, with only high guest ratings, we are fine with average rules. Beware, these owners are VERY fearful of people staying there. "The place is really beautiful and relaxing. We had a great experience! Just a few things minor things that can be improved are: - The pool heater wasn’t working for us - Cleanliness could have been a bit better, there were a bunch of dead flies in the kitchen. - A house rules book with check-out directions would be helpful. - The living room carpet smelled of pee a bit.
