On the first floor there are 4 large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and small terrace. The villa is surrounded by a garden of about 850 square meters. In the pool area there is a dressing room with hot water shower and further complete bathroom in the annexe. Very large and equipped barbeque area.
At 5 km you will find the Di Maria hospital and the medical guard at 1 km, the police station and the free beach, three private beaches, market, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias. In the evening the bathing beaches are transformed into piano bars, discos with theme nights.
At 200 meters you will find the El Cubano bar renowned for its ice creams and slushes and The Cuban tent-pizzeria piano bar. Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 300.00 is requested against any damage, which will be returned upon departure.
Final cleaning: 60 Euros
The prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity and pool maintenance and cleaning, entrusted to the owner or person in charge of him.
Linen: the supply of bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is for hire. The cost is Euro 10 per person per week.
Payment: 30% deposit on booking, balance on delivery of the keys.
