On this level there are 3 double bedrooms, all en suite with shower plus an additional separate toilet; laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and an additional fridge / freezer.

Stairs take us to first floor’s spacious panoramic sitting room, with bathroom, enjoying sea views with a free standing shower and bath tub. Double master bedroom with access to terrace with stairs to lit up solarium again with extensive views.

A colourful garden surrounds the villa, with different sunbathing areas at slightly different levels, culminating in the private infinity heated pool (heated to max 26 degrees; 8x5m; 0.9m deep; open all year round) enjoying 180 degrees views over the sparkling sea and Ortigia’s harbour and castle in the distance. There is a pleasant outdoor shaded dining area for your al fresco meals and a BBQ.
