"The hotel was clean, well maintained, and well located. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only (very minor) complaint I had was that there were no scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet (they did have egg sandwiches), and there was only one meat option. But what they had was definitely more than adequate. I really liked the Craftsman and will definitely stay there again on trips to the Syracuse...

"This was our second time staying at this property. It was EXTREMELY clean and the bed and pillows were heavenly! I had the best nights sleep in ages!! The free breakfast is considered a “grab and go”. Meaning yogurt, mini muffins, microwaveable breakfast burrito, coffee and tea. But we’re not big breakfast eaters, so it was ok for us. They have an online check in so basically it was just show my ID and get the key. Perfect. Same with checkout. Just leave the key on the dresser and go. ...

"This is a nice hotel. It is in the middle of nowhere which provides a very quiet atmosphere. It is next to a moving and trucking company so it is not a scenic entrance. The breakfast was nice. Staff are friendly. The room was clean. "
