The property features 4 independent apartments, all located on the first floor with their own entrance and a private veranda, ideal for those seeking a peaceful stay surrounded by nature and close to the sea. The accommodations vary in size and layout: from the largest three-room apartments—one of which features a bathroom that was completely renovated in early 2026—to a more compact three-room apartment with a shaded veranda, to a charming studio apartment ideal for couples. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and high-quality linens included.

Guests at the villa have access to a range of shared amenities designed to enhance their stay: a small communal garden, a barbecue area for evenings with friends, an outdoor shower to cool off after a day at the beach, a laundry area with a washing machine, and free use of bicycles to explore the coast and the village of Ognina. Parking is free and available on the street, in front of the property’s gate.
