Guest Access:
The code to access the safety deposit box, where you will find the keys, will be sent to you on the day of check-in, after completing the mandatory online registration.

Just steps from the apartment, you can enjoy a stroll along the Alfeo seafront. The location is ideal for exploring Syracuse's main attractions on foot, including the historic center of Ortigia. For those arriving by car, it's advisable to park at Talete parking first; the area is generally served by public and private parking. As for public transportation, the area is well connected with nearby bus stops, offering connections to other areas of the city and to the Syracuse train station. The closest airport is Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, accessible by car or public transportation, with travel times varying depending on traffic.

Important notes for your stay: To comply with regulations, online check-in is required through our official channel, where you may be asked to provide an ID and/or a selfie. Upon check-in, you must present a valid ID and sign the rental agreement. The agency requires a signed rental agreement. The apartments are managed by Dimore in Sicily and leased pursuant to Articles 1571 et seq. of the Italian Civil Code. Therefore, a rental agreement is required, along with the proper acquisition and registration of the necessary documentation for issuing the invoice.
The data and documents requested will be used exclusively to fulfill tax and public safety obligations, in accordance with current Italian legislation.
Tourist tax: 4.0% per person, per night, to be paid upon check-in, starting from the first night and up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
