"This was a perfect spot for us to spend a couple of days. We were warmly greeted by our host John, who gave us helpful info on restaurants and hikes in the area. The apartment was very clean, and so comfortable. The highlight was the fully stocked kitchen- making impromptu cooking so easy. Since sleep is importantly to me- i will say it was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in!"

"The house is, technically, as described but there are a few design issues that made it hard to use. The ladder, which is needed to access the loft, blocks the bathroom door. So if you have it in place for climbing, it has to be moved to open the loo door, then moved back to climb back up again. We have stayed in tiny houses before and found them easier to maneuver around. Which would be fine but at this price it should be somewhat more comfy. Caveat Emptor"

"This property is GORGEOUS!!! The place is soooo homey and the hosts have added so many welcome touches such as milk, condiments, ample coffee, honey, sun screen… they absolutely thought of everything and I felt so spoiled staying there. The view is MAGIC and the home so cozy. We will be back! "

"It was just as we expected and what we wanted—-a quiet remote place—-with more birds than people! We were so lucky with the weather too….water out front and a lovely breeze most of the time. "Truly enjoyed our time at the BigSky Sea Shanty! The views are unparalleled and the property is in a private area without any traffic. All amenities were provided and the hot tub was perfect for stargazing at nighttime. Lorin was a great host with lots of tips and suggestions for things to do in the area.
