Guest Access & Privacy
Guests have exclusive access to the entire upper level of the home, including the fully equipped modern kitchen and laundry facilities.

Privacy Note: There is a separate legal basement suite with its own private entrance occupied by quiet, long-term tenants. They have their own space and do not share any indoor or outdoor areas with you.

Parking & Location
Located on a spacious corner lot with stress-free parking:

Designated Stall: Use the left-most space on the rear parking pad (as viewed from the road).

Street Parking: Ample free parking is available directly in front and along the side of the home.
