"Great family trip! Riverside was a cute and comfortable little inn. The staff was great and we loved our room. We had a balcony which had a great view of the river. So peaceful. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I’m heartbroken for this community. So sad this little gem is gone. When they get up and running again we will definitely be back. One of my favorite towns in NC. "

"The only issue I had was that our room had a conjoining door to another room. The only thing I can assume is two girls were out on the town and came back drunk, banging on the door and once a boyfriend or a friend let them in. They were screaming at the top of their lungs in general conversation at 1:30 in the morning. That lasted for about an hour to an hour and a half. Originally, I thought they were in the hallway until I realize.
