The living room is equipped with a seating area, TV, and radio. There’s a built-in dining area for two, and the chic little shower room is sure to put you in a good mood first thing in the morning.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, and plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils.
Sleeping Area
Fold-down bed with 2 single beds and a closet.
Bathroom
Small, modern shower room, toilet, and sink.
Outdoor Area
Large furnished balcony, parking space for this apartment behind the building, bicycle storage, laundry room with coin-operated machines for general use
Miscellaneous
One laundry package per person, including 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel. Cleaning rags and dish sponges are included in the total price.
Your well-behaved dog is also welcome here (for a fee).

Please note the regulations regarding the separate visitor’s tax charged by the respective municipality on Sylt. This tax is billed separately and is due no later than upon arrival.
