Recently renovated 3-room duplex vacation apartment (non-smoking), approx. 48 square meters, on the 1st floor facing south, accommodating up to 4 people, with a south-facing balcony. The front door opens into the living room with a kitchenette and the shower room/toilet. The living area features a sitting area, a dining area, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette, as well as a Sonoro audio system with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. A coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle are included as standard equipment. The shower room features a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Upstairs, there is a double bed on the open loft and a separate bedroom with two single beds and another flat-screen TV. A free parking space is available at the house. A washing machine in the basement is available for general use. Pets are not allowed here. The prices listed here are based on double occupancy. Each additional person (up to a maximum of 4 people) costs an extra €5 per day.
