Strand Residenz - "Strand-Residenz" Vacation Apartment in Westerland

We warmly welcome you to our 2.5-room Strand-Residenz vacation apartment at Strandvilla Schützenstraße 4 in Westerland. The vacation apartment, measuring approximately 69 square meters, spans two levels (first floor and basement) and features a terrace.

The bright ground-floor apartment is ideal for 2–3 people and features a separate kitchen with a dining table set for 4, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. From the hallway, you can access the shower room and, down the stairs, the bedroom with a flat-screen TV and built-in closets. The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a DVD player. From the living room, you have access to the sunny terrace, where a beach chair, table, and chairs are provided for your use.

The basement of the house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The sauna located there is available for shared use. Of course, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed upon request. An additional final cleaning fee of €120 applies for this.
