The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen (microwave, drip coffee maker, refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, oven) is directly accessible from the living room through a large doorway. From there, you can access the utility room, where a washer and dryer are available for your use. The bathroom features a towel warmer and a floor-to-ceiling shower. The apartment is complemented by a terrace (southwest-facing), which is accessible from the living room and surrounded by a small garden area.
