In addition to its stunning views, this 135 m² holiday home offers ample space for up to four people. The entrance area features a wardrobe and a small guest toilet. The comfortable living area, furnished with a sofa, invites you to enjoy games nights or exciting movies on the flat-screen TV. And if you'd like to get even cozier, the tiled stove creates a romantic and inviting atmosphere. Start your day with a delicious breakfast in the cozy dining area of the adjacent open-plan kitchen. The modern kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and Senseo coffee machine, also makes it easy to prepare a special brunch for your loved ones.

The staircase in the hallway leads to the upper floor, which houses a bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. Here you can unwind in the evening – either with a relaxing soak in the bathtub or in the spacious and comfortable double bed. A special highlight: From the bedroom, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Wadden Sea. Not only will you wake up refreshed, but you can also enjoy this unique vista right from your bed – the perfect start to the day is guaranteed. One floor up, in the small but charming attic, is the second bedroom. The double bed comfortably sleeps two, and the spacious built-in wardrobe offers ample storage for everything you need on vacation.

Another highlight of the Luv holiday home is located on the lower level: Here you'll find your own private oasis of tranquility. In the warmth of the private sauna and the relaxation area with a flat-screen TV, you can leave the stresses of everyday life behind and bring peace and relaxation to your holiday. A shower room and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer are also available on this level.

You can conveniently park your car directly in front of the house in your own parking space. If you wish, you can charge your electric car at the charging station.
