This 135 m² holiday home, completely renovated in 2021, offers everything you could wish for: A small hallway leads past the cloakroom and guest WC directly into the bright and modern kitchen. Equipped with a high-quality induction hob, oven, dishwasher, and a Senseo coffee machine for a refreshing start to your day, it's perfect for cooking evenings with friends or family. On sunny days, lunch can be enjoyed from the cozy dining area outside in the private garden. Adjacent to the living and dining area, the garden is the ideal place to soak up warm summer days in the fresh air. Next to the kitchen is the spacious living room. The inviting sofa and flat-screen TV are perfect for relaxing evenings watching television or playing games. And if you'd prefer something a little cozier, the tiled stove creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

A curved staircase leads to the upper floor of the holiday home. Here you can unwind after a day of activities – either with a warm bubble bath in the bathroom's bathtub or with a movie before bed. The large and comfortable double bed guarantees a restful night's sleep, and a spacious wardrobe offers plenty of room for your luggage. One floor up, in the charming attic, you'll find the second bedroom with a double bed.

You can conveniently park your car directly in front of the house in your own parking space. If you wish, you can charge your electric car at the charging station.
