Two bedrooms, both furnished with high-quality box-spring double beds (one 180x200cm and one 160x200cm) and wardrobes. The first bedroom is on the same level as the living/dining room, while the second is reached via a comfortable staircase on the top floor.

Two bathrooms: the top-floor bedroom even has a small, naturally lit en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the second bathroom, also with a window, is on the lower floor.

Two flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi.

A washing machine is available in the common room of the house for a fee.

A designated parking space is available directly at the house.
