The bright living area features a cozy sitting area, a TV, and a practical fold-out bed with two single beds (each 90x200 cm). In the separate bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (200x200 cm) and a large closet. The modern, separate kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower. There is also a separate guest restroom available. Free Wi-Fi, a private underground parking space (entrance height 1.80 m), and an elevator provide additional comfort. Pets are not allowed.
