With approximately 58 m² of living space, it accommodates up to 2–4 people and is the ideal starting point for a relaxing vacation on Sylt. The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a spacious closet. The cozy living area features a sleeper sofa, a TV, and a dining nook. The open, harmoniously integrated kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave (please note that there is no oven). From the living area, you can step out onto the private terrace with a beach chair, patio furniture, and sun loungers—the perfect place to enjoy the fresh North Sea air and spend relaxing hours outdoors. The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a hair dryer, rounding out the amenities. The country house is situated on a lovingly maintained, approximately 4,000 m² property with spacious garden grounds. The quiet location in the south of Westerland combines relaxation with easy access to nearby amenities. Depending on the beach access point, the beach is about a 5–10-minute walk away, and the center of Westerland is about 10–15 minutes away. Wi-Fi and free parking round out the amenities. Pets are allowed for a fee.
