The Dünenkoje App. 205 vacation rental is a compact, 30-square-meter one-room apartment on the second floor of a building with an elevator—ideal for two people who appreciate short distances and a central location. You’ll be staying at Andreas-Dirks-Str. 5 in Westerland on Sylt, right in the heart of town and by the sea: The beach and the sea are each just 100 m away,

The living and sleeping area is designed as an open, clearly structured space and features a sofa and TV. A dining table completes the space for meals or relaxed evenings. The open kitchen opens onto the living room and is practically equipped: a ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and a Nespresso espresso machine, plus a toaster and electric kettle.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror. A hair dryer is also provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use for a fee. The balcony is furnished with patio furniture and offers a pleasant spot to enjoy the fresh air. A beach chair on the balcony is included and provides a comfortable way to wind down after a day at the beach.

One pet is allowed upon prior notice and for a fee (€10 per night per pet).
