The apartment house is located on the pedestrian zone Wilhelmstraße, which merges into Friedrichstraße. The beach is about 500 m. The apartment is located in the 6th Floor facing west.

Size:
1-room apartment about 23 m² for 2 persons.

Equipment:
In the living room of the apartment are 2 armchairs and in front of the window the dining area with a wide view over the city towards the North Sea. In a wall unit, two individually hinged together foldaway beds are housed. The kitchenette is open to the living room. The bathroom has a shower.
Pets are allowed by arrangement and for an extra charge.

A parking space is located on the property parking deck, which is accessible only to the residents of the house.
