The Space:

The home features four beautifully styled bedrooms and modern amenities—ideal for families, couples, or small groups:



• Bedroom 1: King bed + ensuite

• Bedroom 2: Double bed

• Bedroom 3: Double bed

• Bedroom 4: Two single beds



Bathrooms:

• Ensuite in master bedroom

• Shared ensuite between Bedrooms 2 & 3

• Two extra toilets (entrance level & laundry)



Inside, you'll find a light-filled, open-plan living area with soft timber tones, calming textures, and coastal design touches. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, while the sleek bathrooms and additional amenities ensure a comfortable, hassle-free stay. Fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are also included for your convenience.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the house.



Other Things to Note:

An initial supply of linen, bath towels and toiletries (hand wash and toilet paper as a minimum) will be provided along with a fully equipped kitchen.



Security Bond: A $1,500 security bond is required 7 days before check-in. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card (small card fee applies). The bond is held during your stay and released within 14 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.



Interaction with Guests:

While we are away we will have someone to meet you who will be available to you by phone/sms/email (whatever you prefer) for the duration of your stay.
