The Space:

The Heri is a beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in the heart of Glebe. Both bedrooms feature queen beds with plush bedding, while the living area includes a sofa bed for extra guests. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with Netflix, bright sunroom/office, laundry facilities, and a private courtyard with a BBQ — perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including both bedrooms, living area, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, sunroom, and private courtyard. A private parking spot is provided directly beside the house, with additional metered parking available on the street.

Located in vibrant Glebe, the home is surrounded by cafés, restaurants, weekend markets, and leafy streets full of character. Broadway Shopping Centre is just minutes away, and Sydney CBD is easily accessible by bus or light rail. Enjoy morning walks along the harbor foreshore or relax in nearby parks.



Getting Around:

Public transport is within easy reach — buses and light rail provide direct access to the CBD and surrounding areas. Glebe station is a short walk away, making it simple to explore Sydney’s landmarks. For drivers, a private parking spot is included, plus metered street parking right in front of the property.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 10 AM.



Early Check-in: May be possible depending on availability and housekeeping schedules.



Late Check-out: Available upon request, subject to bookings. Please send your request by 8 PM the night before. Departures after 12 PM may require booking an additional night.



Starter Supplies: We provide complimentary essentials (toiletries, coffee, and household basics) to get you started, though these may not last your entire stay.



Noise & Sensors: A living room sensor monitors noise, temperature, and motion for compliance. It is not a camera and does not record audio or video.



House Rules: No parties, events, or gatherings. Breaches may result in cancellation.



Compliance: A valid government ID and completion of our check-in form are required before arrival, in line with local regulations.
