House Rules
1. No parties or events – This is a peaceful residential area. Strictly no parties or gatherings. A $2000 penalty applies for violations.
2. No smoking indoors – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please step outside if needed.
3. Pet friendly – Well-behaved pets are welcome! Please clean up after them and keep them off the beds and sofa.
4. Quiet hours: 10pm – 8am – Please be considerate of neighbours and avoid loud noise during these hours.
5. Small 2-bedroom layout – Our home is compact and best suited for couples, solo travellers or small families.
6. 3 steps before entry – Please note there are 3 steps leading to the front door; not suitable for wheelchair access.
7. No TV but Netflix available – Enjoy Netflix via a smart device provided (or bring your own).
8. No oven available – We provide a microwave and stovetop for simple cooking.
9. No dryer – Clothes air-drying rack is provided instead.
10. Air-conditioning – Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit. There is no AC in the living room.
11. Linen policy – Linen is provided based on the number of guests booked. If you require extra linen, there is a $30 charge per set, and you must request it at least 1 day before check-in.
12. Please leave the home tidy – Basic cleaning supplies are provided if needed during your stay.
