Spacious and Stylish Studio in Narrabeen

Peaceful studio getaway close to everything the wonderful Northern Beaches has to offer. The space is beautifully decorated with a comfy double bed and extra fold out queen sofa bed in the living area. The space is spacious with separate living area, full kitchen and bathroom with laundry facilities. Relax on the huge deck overlooking the nature reserve across the road. The lagoon and beach a short walk, bike or drive away. Pets welcome on request.
Please respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. While we love hosting your pets, please respect that we prefer they stay off the furniture and bed. One departure, please take rubbish to the bins on the street and we hope you enjoy your stay.

SofaBed
The sofa bed is available for use for a fee of $50. Please let us know at the time of booking that you want this made available. If you have booked for 3 people, the sofa bed is included at no extra charge. If you are using the sofa bed, we ask that you, make sure you use the sheets provided and leave these in the laundry after your stay. Use of the sofa bed without approval will result in a fee of $250. We sadly have had to do this due to previous guests disrespecting our rules and causing issues with future guests.

VRBO, EXPEDIA AND STAYS BOOKINGS
With bookings made through VRBO, Expedia and Stayz, we are charged a processing fee per transaction. If you choose to cancel your stay with us we will need to change 4% of the booking so as to cover our costs involved.

I think the photos are a bit deceiving. Front sliding door was broken. Bathroom was a laundry. Also no information on the listing about how dangerous and under construction the front entry route was (up 30 something steep steps)

30 odd steps to front door without hand rails. steps not good at any time. privacy curtain needs a wash. bed cover had a smell about it. fire exit not practical and over grown. no yard for dog. front door handle broken. large exposed gap in shower. toilet seat had stains.

A quick stay in Narrabeen

We wanted a short getaway for ourselves and our fur baby (koda). It had been a long time since we had both travelled to this part of the world for an extended weekend. The place ticked must of our boxes. Was tidy without a lot of fuss and a good walk to the beach and town. The owner upstairs above the studio did appreciate that they had guests and noise was not an issue. In short. Would stay again.

Great location, everything you need!

Great location close to shops, beaches etc. Quiet leafy street. The studio is super cute, with a very comfy bed and pillows. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need for a short stay. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions. House puppy Molly was adorable. The fact that this space was pet-friendly was really important. Maybe a small space for dogs to toilet ( rather than having to go across the road would further improve the stay). We would stay again

Lovely Beach Stay

The accomodation was very cozy and comfy. My partner and I enjoyed our stay very much. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and shopping centres only a few minutes away. The beach is only a 5-10 minute drive from the accomodation which is amazing. Maranda was an amazing host as well! Very easy to communicate with and very attentive with all our needs. Check in was very easy and Maranda was very flexible with our needs. However, due to the bush area the accomodation was located it, there were many bugs around the property, but it did not bother us much. Lovely stay, would definitely come again!

Great experience

I haven’t stayed anywhere with my pets, as soon as I walked into the property i automatically felt less stressed because I was soo happy to see how excited my dog was that she was somewhere new and got to enjoy the experience. Host was great, communication was easy

Great Little Stay in Narrabeen!

Spent the weekend in Sydney visting our adult children and needed a comfortable place to stay . The apartment was clean and comfortable with all amendities needed . The bed was comfortable and the space private . It is also close to the Narrabeen Lagoon which was great for walking the dog and getting exercise . Onlly criticism was the steep entrance and building material outside ( we were advised beforehand).

Comfortable cottage with all requirements met. Heater was fabulous bedding was lovely and warm. Stairs to front door would need a torch in the dark for older people.

The property was tiny, not suitable for four people at all. As soon as we arrived, there was a fan blowing hot hair into a very tiny area as opposed to cool air, we turned it off immediately. We were bitten by mosquitoes' as soon as we arrived. There is a dog at the top part of the house where you could hear the dog and people walking all along the studio. We left after 30 minutes and rang the owner to advice of all the above, didn't offer any refund, and stayed at the Sands which was half the price and so much better for the four of us.

Holiday stay

We were dissappointed with this property as it lacked the basic commodities (TV, radio, one heat lamp was missing in bathroom and could see through the empty space right through to the roof, no expelair in bathroom, no microwave, dryer was broken and didnt work, shower was leaking through the shower edge onto the tiled floor, there was no towl rail to hang wet towels on, poor lighting on path up to accommodation, it was very steep and dangerous walking in the dark and light sensor only came on as we got near the door. When we raised these issues with the owner she was evasive, unfriendly and unwilling to help. Apart from the above issues the bed was very comfortable and clean, adequate supply of linen and towels. Would not recommend until these issues are improved and some minor updrades are implemented. We thought it was not up to standard.

Nice short stay

Studio apartment is nicely appointed and made for a pleasant short stay. The combined laundry/bathroom and lack of a TV might not be great for a long stay - but it was fine for us.

Spacious and stylish?

Kitchen and beds were good. Bathroom doesn't deserve this title. We found it more like a laundry with a toilet tiny shower and even tinier washbasin. Awkward step to get into as well. Property had insufficient lighting points in lounge area and no TV, no air conditioning, no ceiling fans and no microwave. The place was damp but this may have been exacerbated by dreadful Sydney weather during our stay. We found the access a problem however, we were advised of steps in advance. Stayz properties are usually better than this, sorry

Nice short stay

Easy get away. Host was nice. Very clean. Bed and sofa very comfortable. Had my dog with me and she loved the reserve across the road. Wish I was fitter to make accessing the property easier
