➼ No Shoes on Carpet: Strictly no shoes are to be worn on carpeted areas. Any stains, dirt, or marks resulting from failure to comply will incur a professional carpet cleaning fee (minimum $150). This rule is strictly enforced.
➼ No Parties or Events: This is a residential building in a quiet neighborhood. No parties, events, loud music, or large gatherings are permitted at any time. Excessive noise complaints will result in immediate eviction without refund.
➼ Guest Limit: Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced. Additional guests not declared in your booking will incur a $50 per person per night fee and may result in booking cancellation.
