5 bedroom comes with each Queen bed + 3.5 bathroom

Spacious space living room with comfortable sofa and a TV .

Large kitchen area and wide open space dining area.

Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer.

Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge & Dishwasher

Hair Dryer, Iron and Washing machine provided.

FREE WIFI within the house.



Guest Access:

Please treat the place as your home during your stay.



You are invited to cook in the kitchen, store drinks inside the fridge and wash clothes inside the washing machine. The vacuum is located in the laundry area.



Please take care of your dirty dishes, and clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges $30 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.



Whenever you leave the house, please ensure all the lights, heater, fan, and AC are switched off.



Please return the keys back to the lockbox upon checkout.

Only 30 minutes drive from City, 6 km from the Parramatta CBD, 1.5 km to West Ryde train station, and West Ryde shopping centers and offers onsite free shuttle bus service to Meadowbank Train Station and Ferry Wharf.

Ryde/Parramatta Golf Club is only 400 meters away; water side Melrose Park Playground is also within walking distance (1 km); 1.5 km to West Ryde train station and West Ryde shopping centers.



Other Things to Note:

There are strict policies against parties and events happening at this location. In order to ensure that our neighbours are not disturbed, we asked our guests to keep the noise down after 10pm.



Additional Rules:



*NO SMOKING*: Any evidence of smoking would cause a penalty of 500 AUD.



*NO PETS*: This house doesn’t allow pets to stay. Strata will fine us to have pets without permission. Therefore, you will be charged for this penalty.



*NO PARTIES*: Please do not make loud noise, as we have close neighbours and any loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction, and loss of security deposit.

Self-Check In. The way to check in is Self-Check In. Be sure to read the Self-Check In instruction carefully and contact us anytime if you have any problem finding the location. The check in instruction will be sent to you one day before your check in date.



LOSS OF KEYS Once you checked in the keys and access devices are your responsibility. Charge for loss of key/access devices would be $300 per set. If you get locked out of the house, we would charge $100 for attending the house and unlocking the door (or you can call a local locksmith).



DAMAGE Deposit will be taken in place if any damage or loss happens in the room.
