➣ Noise Awareness: The apartment is located in an exclusive and peaceful part of Sydney with wonderful neighbors. Please be mindful of noise after 10 pm. We ask guests to treat the space as our home away from home.

➣ No E-Bikes or E-Scooters: For safety reasons, e-bikes and e-scooters are strictly prohibited inside the apartment, in the parking area, or anywhere in the building. They pose a serious fire and safety risk. Violations may incur fines of up to $2,500.

Sydney’s warm, subtropical climate means you might spot the occasional friendly bug — just like in any home here! It’s completely normal and nothing that will affect your stay.
