The Space:

The location:



Mona Vale Surf Life Saving Club (MVSLSC) is a three-minute flat stroll away. Here you will find the bustling BRIGHTSIDE CAFÉ where you can enjoy coffee, breakfast and lunch in the sunshine.



Upstairs is the award winning BASIN DINING ROOM where you can enjoy a fabulous lunch or dinner, all whilst taking in spectacular views over the beach.



Locals secret... Head to the MVSLSC on Fridays & Sundays from 4-7pm and enjoy casual drinks from the bar and balcony overlooking the water. Its the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink and is directly opposite Basin Dining Room.



If you stroll a little further, you will find ARMCHAIR COLLECTIVE, where you can enjoy a morning coffee with the newspaper, breakfast, lunch and homewares.



There are two OCEAN ROCK POOLS for the whole family to enjoy, as well as a large reserve across the road from the beach which includes kids BIKE TRACK, PICNIC TABLES, outdoor BBQ's and PLAYGROUND.

Guests will enjoy private access to the apartment.



The block includes shared areas including the driveway and front lawn, exclusive to residence of the block.



This is the perfect spot to watch the sun rise with your morning coffee, or enjoy an afternoon aperitif as the kids play on the sand.

Situated right upon the soft sands of Basin Beach, you are just a few quiet steps from the iconic rockpool and the soothing lull of the waves. Take your time to enjoy local favorites like the Brightside Cafe, the award winning Basin Dining Room with its breathtaking coastal views, or the cozy atmosphere of the Armchair Collective. The nearby surf club offers a peaceful community space for a relaxed evening drink. Families will find a wonderful sense of ease in the large reserve across the road, which features a playground, a bike track, and barbecue facilities for long, sunlit days by the sea.



Getting Around:

Reaching Kosynook is easy. Guests arriving by car have access to a private parking bay directly beneath the apartment for secure parking. Those using public transport will find Mona Vale well connected to the Sydney region. Frequent buses on the main road provide access to the B Line service for a direct route to the Sydney Central Business District. Sydney Airport is about sixty to seventy minutes away by car. Whether driving or using the bus network, our location is an excellent base for exploring the Northern Beaches.
