A light filled cosy apartment in the heart of Coogee. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment has a pool to cool down after a hot summers day at the beach. Perfect for a few days or for a a couple of weeks. High speed internet - comfortable beds. Nice pressed white sheets and a hop skip and a jump to Coogee Beach. Cafes just a moments walk away and transport to anywhere you want to go in Sydney right outside.

Guest Access:

Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. Access to all of the apartment except a small locked cupboard in the hallway.



For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

Please note that we cannot have any people making a noise nuisance; no loud voices please, strictly no loud music and no parties, etc

Please close the front door gently.



Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
