The open plan lounge / dining area has 6m high ceilings and is drenched with natural light, newly renovation with all the luxury finishes, plenty of space, a stunning leafy outlook and a 5 minute walk to Bondi Beach and the famous icebergs.

-With large wardrobe space, dedicated desk adn ergonomic chair. Overlooking the front garden area and soaked with afternoon sun. Perfect for work from home or catching up on socials. Great space for your luggage and large wardrobes perfect to unpack and relax.

- Large walk in shower with choice of rain or normal shower head, unlimited gas hot water
- Hook in shower to hang wetsuits for drying (please dry them in here or outside on the balcony)

Home truths
- There is one flight of stairs to the property 10-15 steps on the first floor
- As there are many trees around, leaving the doors open without using the fly screen will mean insects can come in. The bedroom windows have fly screens and the back sliding door has a retractable fly screen.
- We don't stock beach towels however can organise some for your stay with notice (extra cost as we will purchase them for you)
Guest Access:
You will have access to the full apartment including the outside balcony. The apartment is in a building with 4 other apartments so the entry to the building is shared common space.
The Neighborhood:
South Bondi is a premium corner of Bondi, a stone’s throw to the iconic icebergs and Bondi to Coogee coastal walk and a 5 minute stroll to the majority of Bondi’s best cafes and restaurants, with a 5 min walk to Hall St restaurants and Gould St shops or a 10 min walk to Bondi Road’s food and shopping scene.
If you want to travel into the City, Bondi Junction, Watsons Bay or even a ferry to Manly on the weekends, public transport is highly accessible within a 5 minute walk.
