With its own private entrance and thoughtful amenities, you`ll enjoy a peaceful and relaxed stay close to beaches, parks, cafés and St George Hospital.

Access is via a secure lockbox located along Bonanza Lane.
📩 The lockbox code will be sent to you one day before arrival.
Please keep one key in the lockbox at all times to avoid lockouts.

The studio is located on the first floor and is accessed via an internal staircase.
Because of this, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

- No smoking anywhere inside the property, including the balcony
- Report any breakages or damage
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY.
