This is a real Bondi apartment, not a polished hotel room - modern fitout, a great bathroom, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. A king bed sleeps up to 2. Kitchenette, air conditioning and heating, 25 Mbps Wi-Fi and a walk-in shower. Perfect for couples or solo travellers.

THE SPACE
Sleeping: a king bed, with a TV and a white wardrobe for storage.
Kitchenette: microwave, small oven, hot plate, full-size fridge with freezer, kettle and toaster - great for simple meal prep. It is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen.
Bathroom: a stylish walk-in shower with marble-patterned white and grey tiles and a floating vanity. Modern and clean.
Rooftop: a communal rooftop with an outdoor dining area and furniture - a real bonus for sunset drinks or morning coffee. There is no private balcony or patio.
Connectivity: 25 Mbps Wi-Fi plus Ethernet. Solid for remote work or streaming.
Climate: air conditioning and heating.
Laundry: paid washer and dryer in a shared laundry room in the building, available 24 hours.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire studio. The space is completely self-contained, with self check-in by lock box so you can arrive on your own schedule. You also have access to the building's shared rooftop terrace and the paid laundry room. Check-in details and entry instructions are sent ahead of your arrival, and the lock box code is messaged one hour before check-in.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Gould Street sits in the heart of Bondi, close to cafes, restaurants and shops, with the sand and the scenic Bondi to Coogee coastal walk a flat 2 minute walk away.

GETTING AROUND
Buses into Sydney's CBD run from a short walk away, and everything local is within easy walking distance. Taxis and rideshares are readily available. From Sydney Airport, allow roughly thirty to forty minutes by car.
Parking: Free parking is available in the communal car park at 59 Hall Street, on a first come, first served basis. The entrance is down the right-hand side of bills cafe on Hall Street. If it's full, there is free unrestricted street parking on Blair Street, about a 5-minute walk away (check the signs).

GOOD TO KNOW
Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 10am, with self check-in by lock box.
Size: a compact studio - best for couples or solo travellers, maximum 2 guests.
Noise: this is a residential building, so please keep noise down after 10pm. No parties or events, and no smoking.
There is a security camera on the building exterior. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but we are readily available by message or phone if you need assistance or local recommendations.

Getting here: Sydney Airport (SYD) is about 13 km away - 25-40 minutes by taxi or Uber, typically A$60-85 depending on traffic, tolls and time of day. By public transport it is about A$20 - T8 Airport line to Central, change to the T4 towards Bondi Junction, then the 333 or 380 bus to Bondi Beach (60-90 minutes).

Check-in is from 3pm and we are not able to offer early check-in - the apartment is being cleaned right up to then. There is no latest arrival time, so you can arrive as late as you like. Entry is by lock box with a physical key inside, not a smart lock, and we send you the code, the floor and full directions before you arrive. Wi-Fi is included at around 25 Mbps.

There is no reception and nobody on site to meet you - check-in is entirely self-service. Please make sure you know which building, entrance and floor you are heading to before you travel, as no one can let you in on arrival. We send the exact address, the floor, where the lock box is and full directions in advance.
