- PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED at our property. If one happens, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged, and it could mean the immediate end of your stay without a refund, plus a $3000 fine.

- Please KEEP NOISE LEVEL DOWN between 9pm and 7am to help us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors. The building has monitors for any loud noise, and if we receive a complaint from strata, it could lead to a $1000 penalty and an early end to your stay without refund. Since we are in a residential area, we ask that you be mindful of the neighbors.

- SMOKING is NOT ALLOWED anywhere on the property, including indoors and outdoors. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. Any signs of smoking may result in additional fees.

Please ensure that you provide the **full names of all guests** who will be staying. To comply with our risk management verification process, we kindly request that you send **passport or ID photos for all guests** as soon as your booking is confirmed.
