On the ground floor, the summer house features two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The first floor houses a spacious living room with direct access to a balcony, where the day can begin with morning coffee and end with the evening sun.



The large garden invites outdoor living with a football goal, garden games, and plenty of space for relaxation. There is room for both play and peace, as children enjoy themselves while adults relax in a holiday atmosphere.



The area surrounding the summer house is ideal for a holiday focused on nature and relaxation. A beautiful sandy beach is just a five-minute walk away and is perfect for swimming, beach outings, and long walks along the water. The summer house is heated by a wood-burning stove and a towel radiator in the kitchen, connected to solar panels on the roof. For safety reasons, open fires and bonfires in the garden are not permitted.
