The four-story building housing vacation rental PD09 is located between two restored parks: Chopin Park and Kurpark. The promenade is just 750 m (a 9-minute walk) away. The building where the vacation rental is located is a similar distance from the city center. In the immediate vicinity, there is a grocery store, restaurants, and stands selling fresh fruit and vegetables.
Nearby, there is a restaurant open year-round and a hair salon. The building is located right next to the historic tower, a remnant of the former Martin Luther Church. Currently, the tower houses a café and an observation deck.



PD16:

A spacious 2-room apartment with an area of 47 m²
The living room features a corner sofa bed (sleeping area 140x200 cm), a dresser with a 40-inch LCD TV with cable connection (German-language channels are not available), and a table with 4 chairs.
The living room opens onto a balcony (facing south), where a table and two balcony chairs are available.
The bedroom features a double bed (one mattress) measuring 140x200 cm and a closet. The windows in this room face north.

The kitchen features built-in cabinets. It is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals, such as dishes and silverware.
Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.
The apartment has Wi-Fi internet access. 
Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
