The Neighborhood:
The flat is located on Luzycka Street in the seaside town of Swinoujscie. The flat is situated in an attractive area which is well connected to the rest of the city. The sea is only 2.8 km away. This is a fantastic location offering peace and tranquillity with access to shops and great restaurants. It is a 5 minute walk to the Usedom shopping centre, 10 minutes to the Bielik ferry and 15 minutes to the promenade with its beautiful sandy beach. If the temperature is not conducive to outdoor adventures by the sea, you can go to the Baltic Park water park (2 km from the apartment). There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants serving a wide range of fish specialities and international cuisine nearby. Families with children will enjoy the park and playground just 500 metres away.
