Bayside A - Apartments and Studios offer self-catering accommodation in the sought-after area of St Julian’s. It is renowned as a popular vacation spot, with its touristy center and nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs in the Paceville area. These apartments are all tastefully finished to commodity standards and are equipped with modern furnishings. Additionally, all properties have a balcony with street or in-land views and are furnished with outdoor facilities. The distance of the apartment from Swieqi to the airport is approximately 10 KM (a 16-minute drive).



This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with a TV, shared kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave), small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals, and two bathrooms. This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with inland views/no view and can comfortably accommodate 7 guests, up to a maximum of 9.

Additional information:

1. Please note that the damage deposit of €200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to €50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).

3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.

4. Parking is available on the street.

5. Paid washing machine and dryer available on the lower ground floor.

6. The gym is open in the building and open from May to September.



7. No daily cleaning for the unit.



8. Monthly rates from 28 nights are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS; EXTRA PERSONS are charged extra. Reservation price excludes utility bills, wifi/TV connection, and after check out cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works, and linens laundry) are paid monthly in advance.

(a) Bills for 2-Bedroom Units: €160 (2 people), €180 (3 people), €200 (4 people), and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.



(b) Bills for 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: €140 (2 people), €160 (3 people), €180 (4 people) , and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.

(c) €50 wifi/TV connection monthly



(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.



(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
