"Excellent location. Just minutes from Mammoth National Park. We were able to go back and forth to take breaks easily. Super clean and has everything you need to make meals. Laundry on site was very helpful to clean our clothes after hiking, cave tours and kayaking. You have privacy yet you are located close to everything (fast food/Walmart, etc. 15 minutes away). "

"We thought the cottage was quiet and secluded. Everything was easily accessible and the porch was perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The firepit was far enough from the house to not make everything smell Smokey. Wildlife was beautiful to include a skink (lizard), deer, cat and a screech owl at night. The Lakeside Cafe at the end of the road was absolutely delicious! Pizzas were amazing and cinnamon rolls and breakfast casseroles were scrumptious before heading out to the caves. "

"The place was nice for what I needed. Overall a good place. Had the essentials and was clean.One thing I do want to note is it was quite stuffy. I tried to open the windows but there were no screens (and lots of bugs/spiderwebs on the windows). The filter on the AC unit needed to be changed, and it smelled a little moldy. The shower also leaked quite badly when I used it. Overall good, but maybe a couple small things to address. "

"Great stay. open concept of main area was great for hanging out. Kitchen had all the needed pots/pans/etc. Quiet and away from touristy areas so did need to drive a decent amount but that’s what we wanted. House was clean and host were easy to communicate with. "

"My family had an amazing time at this house! The check in instructions were simple and clear, and any time we needed to reach out to the host, our messages were answered in under 5 minutes. She took time to thoroughly address any concerns we had, even though she was on vacation herself. The house was spacious and spotless, and the snacks and coffee pods were a perfectly thoughtful touch.
