"House was exactly what we were looking for the needs of our party.The only constructive criticism I would share is the conflicting communication regarding ‘check-out’, an initial mail stated 11am which was removed and replaced with 10am and follow the instructions within the property, however, these stated 11am and a different location to leave the keys on exit. I followed the typed comms rather than the paperwork in the house. Otherwise, ideally located for us as a family heading to NMA and...

"The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink.
The ensuite is a nice large size.
Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats.
There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time.
The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up.
The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

"I had a lovely overnight stay in the wel presented Willow Lodge. The room was immaculate and had some lovely touches from the owners. The location is stunning, you will not be disappointed.
Slightly disappointing for me was the price for the electric vehicle charging. But would not be put off booking again.."

"The property was immaculate and spacious in a lovely quiet area. Everything you may need for your stay is provided including a complementary bag with some breakfast and tea and coffee supplies upon arrival. Customer service was excellent. I really can't fault this property at all and I would definately recommend it to others and would revisit myself. "
