"Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during...

"The location and size of this property are fantastic! The house is located just a few minutes walk from the beach. There are two kitchens, both well-stocked with everything you need. We appreciated that there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. "10 out of 10! Highly recommend staying at this fantastic apartment. Incredible location steps from the wharf,pier, and Downtown Capitola. The views can't be beat. Very comfortable for a family of 4 with two older teens. It is so beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We spent many afternoons on the balcony sipping wine, people watching and gazing at the ocean. Nancy and her son, Tyler were great communicators. My son left his laptop there and Tyler picked it up for us and...

"Great stay! We enjoyed the cottage. Very close to twin lakes beach. The road was closed for us to easily access the boardwalk so we did have to drive further. The couch seemed very worn out. Everything else was great. "
