Inside, you'll find an inviting living space with comfortable furnishings, ideal for relaxation after a day of exploration. Two bedrooms offer spacious king-sized beds and one bedroom offers two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds. Challenge your friends and family to a friendly match on the air hockey and foosball tables, or simply unwind with your favorite book. Step outside to discover a spacious deck featuring a gas grill—perfect for summer barbecues! Gather around the firepit in the evenings to share stories and roast marshmallows under the stars. Despite its tranquil surroundings, Biggs Bear Cabin is just a short drive from all the attractions of Deep Creek Lake, making it the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Whether you're seeking outdoor fun or cozy nights in, this cabin is your home away from home. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].
