Communication was friendly & useful for how to get there & local dining options (which was also brilliant, friendly and delicious.) They had kindly started the fireplace before we arrived. "Lovely property, very clean with fantastic views over Oyster Bay from most of the rooms. Walking distance to town. Open fire was cosy (we visited in June) backed up up by the split system that provided enough warmth. Entry is a bit difficult to find as google sends you around the corner & as others have noted not a property for those with major mobility issues due to steps/steep driveway."

"Probably the best sunrises I have seen anywhere in the world. The isolation and peace of this property make it magical. Falling asleep to the crashing waves and waking to them was just beautiful. Some outdoor seating would have made it perfect."
