    Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. This includes all 3 bedrooms, the open-plan kitchen and living space, dining area, bathroom, and the small enclosed yard. There are no shared spaces – the house is fully dedicated to your stay, ensuring complete privacy and comfort throughout. On-street parking is available nearby for added convenience.

    We are available via call or message between 8 AM and 9 PM to assist with any questions or needs during your stay (hours may be reduced on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day).
    While we are here to offer advice and support if needed, we’ll remain in the background to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your stay with minimal interruption

    Check-in is between 4 PM – 9 PM. Please note that after 9 PM, customer service assistance may not be available. You may self-check-in after this time using the lock box, but support cannot be guaranteed.
    Check-out is by 10 AM.

A good centrally located mid-terrace house. Large TV in lounge and additional in each bedroom. Well equipped kitchen (including large fridge/freezer, comfortable bed and decent shower. Handy location at the north of Swansea and close to the M4. Supermarket and options a short drive away. Cleaning staff had presented the property very well. KG Inspired property management staff were very helpful and quick to reply to all queries. Would recommend.
